Clemens (Matthias Schweighöfer) hardly has time for his children. He's currently planning one of the city's biggest construction projects, and the contracts are almost signed. Only a few last tenants still need to vacate their apartments before construction can begin. But when Rolf (Milan Peschel) also loses his apartment, he swears revenge and goes undercover as a male nanny in Clemens' household. His plan: sabotage. However, he didn't count on Clemens' children Winnie and Theo. The two have made it their mission to drive new nannies out of the house in record time. They'll use any means necessary and show no mercy in their choice of weapons. Rolf painfully discovers that being a nanny is no easy job and that he too must now resort to tougher measures. But while he tries to save his apartment and home, his sabotage increasingly transforms into a new family.
